The names, titles and marks “yearn” and “The Collection” are our trademarks; other product, hotel and company names are the property of their respective owners.

Photographs are reproduced for editorial illustration. Where an image is supplied by a hotel or a photographer, the relevant rights remain with that party. If you believe a photograph has been used incorrectly or without proper credit, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

- share a link to any page of the site;
- quote a short extract, with clear attribution to yearn and a link back to the source page.

Our hotel entries, scores and descriptions reflect editorial judgement at the time of writing and are provided in good faith for information and inspiration. Hotels change, and details such as facilities, prices and services are set by the properties themselves. We make no warranty that any information is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, yearn is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
