Our studio
yearn is a remote-first studio, so there is no walk-in office to visit. Editors are based across the United Kingdom, Portugal and Singapore, and we keep the following hours:
- Support hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 GMT.
- Weekends and public holidays: messages are read, but replies may be delayed.
- Urgent press: please mark your subject line “URGENT — PRESS”.
A note on hotel requests
We travel independently and cannot accept requests to feature a specific hotel. If you represent a property you believe belongs in the collection, send the details to the editorial desk — we read every suggestion, even though we cannot reply to them all.
